Returns policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after date of delivery.

You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods and we will not cover this return charge.

To refund/cancel your purchase:

Please contact us directly by phone and confirm your cancellation by email, letter or fax.

Once we have received the goods back from you no later than 14 days from your notification of cancellation, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the basic outward delivery charge paid.

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.

Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card or alternately a cheque will be issued within this time frame.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

  • If you return your product without proof of purchase
  • The goods were a special order (pre-order) to your specification

Faulty goods

You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we may offer you a repair service*. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. A replacement may be offered at our discretion.

For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and if possible, with the original box and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods and we will not cover this return charge. We will not cover return shipping costs and or licensing fees and will not be held responsible where licences are refused.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Items sold on this website are generally intended for normal domestic and consumer use and not for resale or commercial use.

*Often repairs will be carried out by the manufacturers’ own engineers.

Limitations and exclusions

Parabellum Consulting Limited, its employees, agents and owners shall not be responsible for any and all indirect or consequential losses, claims, expenses, injuries or damages arising from:

  • Goods or services supplied by us
  • Misuse or negligent operation of any goods supplied by us
  • Denial of import / export or any other licences required in law
  • Failure to meet mandatory legal requirements such as age
  • Delays in delivery
